Large databases are collected from the open literature and statistical learning is used to find the correlations between the independent and dependent variables. Due to the rapid development of the statistical learning algorithms recently staistical learning is extremely powerful to predict correlation in materials data throughout the whole materials development and manufacturing cycle including process-structure-properties-performance.
